Mike was promoted to the Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2021. He became President & COO in 2020 after serving for five years as President of Leon’s Furniture Division. Mike is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of retail experience. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Vice President of Operations at Canadian Tire Corporation.

Victor was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2024. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Finance at LFL where both his financial and strategic leadership was instrumental in bringing meaningful change . Before joining LFL, Victor served as CFO of Freshii and held increasingly senior positions at Canadian Tire Corporation.

Lewis joined the Company in 1994 where he held various operational roles. Since 2005, Lewis has been working within the Marketing department and was most recently in the role of Associate Vice President of Marketing. Lewis was appointed President of the Leon’s division in May of 2023.

Darci began her journey with The Brick while it was in it's infancy with only a couple of stores. Prior to her appointment as President of The Brick effective January 1st 2024, Darci served in a variety of roles in the organization including Director of Stores, Senior Director Distribution & Fleet and Vice President of Operations.

Luke began his career with Leon’s Furniture in 1996. He built experience leading areas across operations, human resources, and technology over nearly three decades. He has taken on increasing leadership responsibility within LFL Group, contributing to the modernization of retail platforms, e-commerce, and strategy. His career reflects a commitment to the business and role in evolving its operating model while preserving its core retail strengths.
